The 240H8SFL1 has two bulbs per side.
The 240HSFL1 has one bulb per side.
If the one bulb on the 240H8SFL1 fails, the light will still function. If the one bulb on the 240HSFL1 fails, one side (much of ¼ ) of the light fails.
Both units are warranted for 5 years.
